We also help to induct new people into organisations ensuring that their forays offer cultural insight as to ‘how business is done around here’. The early days for a new employee or leader are critical in laying the foundations for future success.

HOW WE DO IT
We achieve success by working on a personal scale. Recognising the limitations of classroom and e-learning options, we partner each learner with their own business coach. This relationship brings to life our in-house content and work-related assignments, which is key to building knowledge and confidence.

After graduating from Cambridge, Kaye qualified as an accountant with Deloitte. Realising that developing the potential of people was far more challenging and rewarding than being an auditor, Kaye switched her focus. For the past 10 years she has been developing her own leadership development practice.
Jill Green
Jill is an experienced coach, trainer and facilitator. She worked as a Master Trainer with Referral Institute, and trained their UK trainer team. She is recognised as an expert in behaviour, using DISC profiling as an easily accessible tool to help people understand and appreciate how to build better relationships.
Sorrel Roberts
A professionally trained business coach, Sorrel’s nearly career saw her managing complex projects including the international licensing of Comic Relief’s fund raising brands. In addition to coaching executives at all levels , Sorrel also runs Coaching Skills workshops for parents.
Alex Walker
After many years working with recognised brands such as Virgin, GE Healthcare and Miele, Alex brings a wealth of experience to her coaching role. She has particular strength in bringing about behavioural and cultural change, embedding a customer experience strategy and employee engagement. Her roles have spanned both b2c and b2b segments.

Sam Elly
Sam is an experienced workshop facilitator and business coach. After an early career in teaching, Sam joined Deloitte initially in the Financial Regulation Consultancy before moving into the L&D function. He has over 15 years of designing and delivering leadership development programmes to a variety of businesses ranging from owner managed to FTSE 100.
