Coach Supported Leadership Development
Top athletes have a coach to enable them to be their best. We see your relationship with your LDA coach in the same way. Your own business coach is there to support your development by tapping in to your existing potential, reflecting upon new experiences and building your confidence to bring about behavioural change.
Practical Content
Our content has an entrepreneurial edge, encouraging you to think and act as a business owner. Through the completion of work-related assignments and engagement with your coach, you’ll feel more confident to apply your learning back in the workplace thereby increasing the value of your contribution.
Versatile Engagement
You’ll have access to a bespoke online learning portal as well as illustrated workbooks for each module. Through these you can access recommended journal articles, video footage and interviews that help to create a more energising and engaging learning experience.
Flexible & Accessible
Each module will take between 10-14 hours of learning & development time over a period of between 2 to 4 weeks. You complete the modules and disciplines when your work and personal life permit. Our blended online and offline approach means content is easy to access and always available.
Learning Community
We’ve created a peer support forum in which learners can learn from each other. Whether an individual
learner or part of a company wide sponsored programme, you can share your personal learning experiences for the benefit of others.
Independently Accredited
It’s important for you to know that our content and learner experience have been subject to independent scrutiny. Coupled with feedback from our existing learners, we know your own learning journey will be transforming and rewarding.
